Richard Dellaca Pump & Run Rules
                        
Pumping Rules- for each successful repetition 15 seconds will be subtracted from your 1 mile or 3 mile race time.
Men- High school thru 59 must bench your own body weight
Men- 14 and under and 60 and over must bench 70% of your body weight
Women- High school thru 59 must bench 60% of your body weight
Women- 14 and under and 60 and over must bench 50% of your body weight
Participants must complete one bench press to enter the Pump and Run. Those who fail will be required to enter the mile or 3 mile run only.
